Job summary

NSW Health, Far West Local Health District, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a Permanent Full Time position in Broken Hill. Under RN guidance, you will provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team across local facilities.

38-hour week with 5 weeks annual leave and salary packaging options. Remuneration ranges from $75,011.91 to $81,508.14 plus superannuation, with recruitment incentives up to $10,000 under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.

Job description

This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata’d to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under theNSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.

This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.
