Job summary
NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network in Bathurst is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EN 2-5) for casual roles within the Primary Care team at Bathurst Correctional Centre. You will contribute to planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care, with flexible hours that vary week to week.
The role requires registration with AHPRA, at least one year of nursing experience, and a commitment to Aboriginal health priorities.
Qualifications
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Casual position with flexible hours that may vary week to week.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Targeted Aboriginal Position; preference to Aboriginal descent.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and assist in planning, implementing and evaluating health issues.
- Contribute to primary care within the Bathurst Correctional Centre team.
- Collaborate with Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol and Population Health teams.
