Job summary

Right at Home (Australia) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for the Northern Suburbs to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes. You will work with Registered Nurses and care staff to support clinical needs and build strong relationships with clients and families.

Key tasks include wound care, medication administration, observations, documentation, and supporting daily living activities. You will escalate concerns, participate in team meetings, and contribute to high standards of care in line

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing
• Current AHPRA Registration

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Assist with clinical tasks including wound care, medication administration, and observations
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support clients with daily living activities as required
• Collaborate with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team
• Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or relevant health professionals
• Support and guide Personal Care Workers when required
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
• Contribute to a positive team culture and client-focused environment
• Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting
