Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical care to residents across our aged care homes. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation to AN‑ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

In this role you will lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, fostering a holistic, resident-centered team approach to care, while maintaining empathy and strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
• Empathy and ability to build rapport with residents and families.
• Experience working in an aged care home.
