Palm Lake Care Caloundra is seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team, working under the Clinical Manager and with the Registered Nurse to ensure residents receive the highest possible care. You will coordinate and supervise all aspects of resident care, engage in nursing practices that preserve dignity and independence, and support the care team.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, person-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care with accurate documentation.
• Support Personal Care Assistants in delivering resident care.
• Participate in resident admissions and assessments under a Registered Nurse.
• Administer medications safely per legislation.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of individualised care plans.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and families.
