Job description

Provide caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality holistic care in Aged, Disability, Transitional & Palliative Care and Hospital in the Home.

Right at Home is one of the largest home care providers in the world, with approximately 600 offices in eight countries.

If you are an Enrolled Nurse with community care experience, we would like to talk to you! Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home, and palliative care. We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home, improving the quality of life for those we serve.

This opportunity would suit individuals looking to supplement other employment with additional hours, who are not seeking full-time work initially, but have the flexibility and passion to grow with us as new clients come on board.

We are specifically looking for individuals who can be available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • AHPRA - Nurse Registration
  • Ability to provide EN services
  • A passion for empowering and caring for people
  • Willingness to take on personal/domestic care work between nursing shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • 1+ years of community nursing experience
Preferred Skills
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
  • Current or willing to obtain NDIS yellow card / NDIS worker screen
