Estia Health Yarra Valley is hiring an Enrolled Nurse (Casual Role) to join a warm, supportive team. You will provide clinical care to residents, develop individual care plans, and ensure comprehensive documentation to meet Commonwealth standards.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care and providing compassionate resident care.

On a typical day, you’ll:Provide clinical care to our residentsCreate comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residentsEnsure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth StandardsProvide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident careYou’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home.
