Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our teams across clinical areas on a casual basis. You will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates will hold NMBA registration, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, and be flexible to adapt to varying shifts while upholding our values of integrity, respect, compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with NMBA registration and current practising certificate.
• Ability to provide safe, patient-centred care under supervision of RNs.
• Strong communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe nursing care within Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
• Assist in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to Registered Nurses.
• Maintain accurate documentation following organisational policies.
