St John of God Ballarat Hospital in regional Victoria is seeking Enrolled Nurses (Level 1–2) to join our casual nursing pool. Work across acute hospital settings alongside experienced nursing teams delivering patient-centred care with shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights.

You will be registered with AHPRA, have recent acute hospital experience, and demonstrate strong communication within multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on safety, dignity and evidence-based practice under

The Position

In this role, you will:

• Support patients undergoing treatments and therapeutic procedures within your scope of practice.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse.
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive and professional clinical environment.

What you will bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience in an acute hospital environment.
• A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centred care.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• The ability to recognise changes in patients' conditions, apply sound judgement and seek guidance when required.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and working within your scope of practice.
