Job summary

VMCH is seeking enthusiastic Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality care for residents in Victoria. You will work within a friendly team, following care plans and supporting residents to maintain independence.

Requirements include AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement, at least 1 year of aged care experience, and strong communication and IT skills. We offer development opportunities and a supportive, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year of aged care experience and care planning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to care plans, standards, policies and procedures.
• Accurately collect, interpret, utilise, monitor and report resident health information.
• Develop and monitor a care plan in collaboration with the RN and care team.
