The Role We’re Seeking

Casual Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team.
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Recognise and escalate changes in residents’ health.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (essential).
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism.
