Job summary

HammondCare, based at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood, is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse who has completed a module on medication administration for a permanent full-time role. You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality nursing care and advice to patients within a supportive multi-disciplinary environment.

This position requires working a rotating roster, registration with AHPRA, and a demonstrated interest or experience in palliative care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Palliative Care or interest in working in this specialist area.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• Experience and qualifications in the specialty or discipline
• Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
