Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for Riddell Gardens, Melbourne, to deliver holistic nursing care under RN supervision. You will participate in care planning and ensure ACFI-aligned documentation while adhering to legal and organisational policies.

The role supports Consumer Directed Care principles and involves liaising with stakeholders for effective care delivery. Qualified EN with Diploma in Nursing is required; minimal prior healthcare experience is preferred.

You will participate in the development and review of care plans to meet client needs and support Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) requirements, while adhering to relevant legislation and organisational policies.Responsibilities include:Promotes and delivers holistic care aligned with Consumer Directed Care principles, focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.Participates in the development and review of care plans to ensure they meet client needs and support Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) requirements.Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies, including common law, Commonwealth, state laws, and standards.Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for clients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.About YouTo be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:Diploma required; Nursing Science, Healthcare is preferred.
