Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland (WMQ) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Disability Accommodation Services. You will support residents with nursing care, monitor changes in health status, administer medications and help formulate care plans to promote independence and quality of life.

This is a night-shift role in a not-for-profit environment that values compassionate, person-centred care. You’ll work within supportive teams, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse Certificate with Queensland Nursing Council endorsement for Medication.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Available to work night shifts.
• Experience with Nursing Care Plans and documentation.
• Clear communication skills.

Your Role as Enrolled Nurse – Disability Accommodation Services

• Assisting with nursing care to residents
• Observing and monitoring changes in residents' status
• Administering medications
• Formulating and implementing care plans

What We’re Looking For

• Current Enrolled Nurse Certificate with the Queensland Nursing Council with endorsement for Medication
• Minimum of 1 years' experience
• Availability to work night shift
• Experience with Nursing Care Plans and other care documentation
• Clear communication skills

Essential Requirements

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
• Current AHPRA Registration
