Job summary

HR Surveyors is seeking Engineering Surveyors with 3–5+ years of industry experience to work on roads, pipelines, bridges, buildings, and feature surveys across diverse projects. FIFO opportunities are available on select projects, offering exposure to larger-scale initiatives and career development within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes accurate fieldwork, client coordination, and the use of Trimble and Leica equipment, with competitive pay and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience as an Engineering Surveyor.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and/or 12D.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble and/or Leica survey equipment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Australian driver's licence and Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily survey tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Perform accurate calculations, drafting, and reporting using industry-standard software.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure specifications are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, quality outcomes.
• Operate Trimble or Leica equipment to conduct precise fieldwork.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and professionalism are upheld in every task.
