Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a qualified Manager, Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team at our Riverview HPAPI facility. The role focuses on ensuring site facilities, utilities, and manufacturing equipment are reliable and compliant within a GMP environment.

The position drives the site capital plan, supports audits, and provides engineering leadership for safe, efficient manufacturing operations and new project implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading engineering teams and technical professionals.
• Experience managing capital projects and engineering budgets.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMP, OSHA, EPA regulations.
• Experience with equipment qualification and validation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Develop and execute the site capital investment plan.
• Coordinate projects from concept to commissioning and qualification.
• Ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment are compliant and reliable.
• Support regulatory audits, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.
