Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Core Technology Modernisation teams, guiding development and operation of critical platforms for customers. You’ll foster a collaborative environment and empower engineers to deliver scalable, secure systems in a regulated financial services context.

You will mentor teams, work closely with Product Owners, and drive quality across pipelines, ensuring delivery excellence while supporting growth and diverse, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.
• Hands-on software engineering background in modern banking/financial services tech stack.
• Experience with real-time stream processing and large-scale datasets.
