- Experience leading technology transformation and AI adoption.
- Delivery leadership in Agile environments.
- Experience in high-scale, fast-moving tech environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 12 engineers delivering customer and business outcomes.
- Own delivery of strategic initiatives balancing outcomes, technical excellence and platform health.
- Drive agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Technology, Product and business to manage priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery expectations.
- Lead teams through organisational and technology transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled changes.
