Job summary

Stanwell Power Station is seeking an Engineering Systems Support Officer to join the Engineering team for an initial 12-month fixed-term period. You will manage engineering information systems, governance, and reporting to support safe and reliable plant operations.

You will collaborate with engineering field maintainers, systems teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, automate where possible and drive continuous improvement within a technical environment.

Qualifications

• You are a highly organised and systems-focused professional with experience in engineering administration, information management, business systems or technical support within an engineering, maintenance or asset-intensive environment.
• You are comfortable working with data, processes and stakeholders, and have a natural ability to identify opportunities to improve the way work is done.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering drawing governance and change-control processes.
• Manage engineering information systems, records and databases.
• Maintain data integrity, document control and revision compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Provide system administration, user support and training.
• Develop and enhance engineering reporting and performance metrics.
• Support stakeholders with engineering information and system requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across engineering operations.
