Job summary

Altrad Glasgow is seeking an experienced Engineering P&S Support to develop and maintain governance, assurance, and organisational arrangements within a complex engineering environment. Hybrid working with on-site presence in Helensburgh is required.

You will collaborate with engineering, programme, and compliance teams to ensure activities align with industry standards and business objectives, influencing governance across infrastructure programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards registration.
• Experience in engineering management, assurance, or governance in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience developing engineering procedures or organizational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-disciplinary communication.
• Excellent written governance documentation skills.

Responsibilities
