You will deliver high-quality Humanities programs, engage with the Christian ethos, and contribute to curriculum development with colleagues across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong background in economics, business, finance, or accounting.
• Experience planning and collaborating with Humanities colleagues.
• VET competencies for Certificate courses are an advantage.
• Active Christian faith (reference from pastor preferred).
• Experience with ATAR and VET pathways.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and contemporary high-quality Humanities programs that inspire curiosity and deepen understanding.
• Commit to evidence-informed practices, using learning intentions, attainable goals, structured routines and scaffolding.
• Provide timely feedback that helps students grow in confidence and achieve their personal best.
• Build positive relationships with students, encouraging resilience, responsibility and reflection.
• Participate in Christian worship and staff devotions, upholding the College’s Christian ethos.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum, assessment and teaching practice.
