Embed Explicit Pedagogy: Utilise evidence-based teaching strategies, drawing on AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) frameworks to build inquiry, collaboration, organisation, and problem-solving habits in every workshop, lab, and studio space.

Inspire Technological & Creative Innovation: Cultivate practical craft, design thinking, coding, engineering principles, or digital media creation, drawing on our specialised STEM and media facilities to engage students in real-world contexts.

Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure a safe, supportive, and well-managed environment adhering to all occupational health and safety standards.

Support Student Wellbeing: Champion an inclusive, encouraging culture that nurtures character development, resilience, and academic growth.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside dedicated colleagues to refine learning programmes aligned with the College’s mission and strategic vision.
