Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading RFIs/RFPs in the Energy System and Market Operations domain.
• Ability to conceptualise solutions and functional architectures aligned with client requirements and business goals.
• Energy system and market operations influenced by renewables, DER, decarbonisation and evolving market mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with Operational Technology (OT) in energy, including SCADA/EMS, network operations, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME across electricity and gas value chains, focusing on operational aspects of the end-to-end power system, including network operations, OT, SCADA/EMS, reliability, and modernization initiatives.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on utility transformation, digitalization, energy transition, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and key improvement areas to meet Energy Transition goals (DER, renewable integration, grid modernization).
• Support RFPs/RFIs through solution shaping, estimation, and domain analysis for energy operations projects.
• Assist with business case development, cost-benefit analyses, and transformation roadmaps across utility operations and technology modernization.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, testers, and data teams to ensure alignment from requirements to deployment.
