Job summary

Programmed, in partnership with Santos, offers a 24-month Process Plant Operations Traineeship commencing February 2027 in the Maranoa region of Queensland. You will gain a Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (PMA30120) and hands-on experience with rotating equipment, compressors and separators.

The role involves on-the-job and classroom learning across local sites, with 12-hour shifts on a 2 week roster out of Roma.
