Qualifications

• Admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia or New Zealand.
• 2-4 years' experience in a leading corporate M&A practice.
• Experience in the energy and/or infrastructure sectors is useful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leading partners on corporate transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Manage a range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures and project development.
• Collaborate across a national team of lawyers to deliver commercially sound advice.
