You will build advisory capability by conducting research, analysis and producing client-ready reports, while engaging with clients and stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes. This entry-level role offers growth in a dynamic advisory environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, consulting or advisory.
• Developing understanding of one or more energy sectors (generation, networks, retail, gas or water).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down information and identify issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication with confidence to contribute to team discussions and client deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to continue developing these skills.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Empathy, integrity, curiosity, willingness to learn quickly and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements through research, analysis, and preparation of high-quality reports, presentations and deliverables.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex commercial, regulatory, operational, and technology problems.
• Research energy industry trends, market reform and emerging practice; build depth in energy domains.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders; build strong working relationships and contribute to practical outcomes.
• Use tools, including AI, to improve quality and efficiency, with judgment to review outputs.
• Support business development, proposals, marketing activities and industry engagement.
