Endpoint Support Engineer (SentinelOne Deployment)

Location:Brisbane (Remote/WFH)
Rate: $650–$750/day including super
Contract: Initial 4-month contract with 6-month extension likely
Join a large enterprise undergoing a major cyber security uplift, focused on replacing legacy endpoint protection with SentinelOne. This is a key project within their broader cyber security program, and they are seeking an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer to assist with the rollout, triage, and ongoing support of their new platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the deployment and configuration of SentinelOne as part of a strategic cyber security transformation
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-relatedissues
• Assist with the rollout to users across multiple environments
• Work closely with internal IT and cyber security teams to ensure secure endpoint configurations
• Contribute to policy tuning and best practices in line with modern cyber security frameworks

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in endpoint protection, ideally with SentinelOne
• Open to candidates with experience across other endpoint tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Carbon Black, or similar
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide cyber security deployments
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Must be based on the East Coast of Australia (remote work supported, aligned to AEST)

Contract details:

• Initial contract through to end of year (approx. 4 months)
• Extension highly likely for an additional 6 months
• Daily rate: $650–$750/day including super
