Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Endoscopy team in a permanent full-time capacity. Based at Northern Beaches Hospital, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to develop specialist skills in endoscopy.

You will assist with patient preparation, procedural support and recovery, provide high level nursing care, and collaborate with gastroenterologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in an acute care hospital is desirable.
• Evidence-based nursing and contemporary practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients.
• Deliver nursing care under the direction of the RN.
• Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
• Administer medications according to policy.
