Job summary

Lakeview Private Hospital in Bella Vista, Sydney, is seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our Endoscopy team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. Training will be provided across clinical and endoscope reprocessing areas.

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our Endoscopy team on a permanent full time or part time basis. This is a great opportunity for an EN looking to develop their skills in a specialised environment. Full training will be provided across both the clinical and endoscope reprocessing areas, providing you with a broad range of experience within Endoscopy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care throughout the endoscopy journey.
• Assist with clinical procedures and support the Endoscopy nursing team.
• Undertake endoscope reprocessing and follow established infection prevention and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
• Contribute to a positive, professional and patient-focused environment.

About you

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Previous acute, surgical or procedural nursing experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care and ongoing professional development.
• A willingness to learn and develop skills across both clinical Endoscopy and reprocessing is essential.
