Qualifications

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration.
• Master of Nurse Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Professional indemnity insurance and work eligibility in Australia.
• Experience in chronic disease management and primary care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients within your scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret investigations as needed.
• Care planning and routine reviews for chronic disease patients.
• Conduct health assessments and preventive checks.
• Refer to specialists and allied health services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records using clinical software.
• Collaborate with GPs, nursing and admin staff; engage in CPD.
