Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health invites applications for an Advanced Trainee Endocrinology to provide specialist endocrinology services across inpatient and outpatient settings while undertaking accredited advanced training towards Fellowship in Endocrinology. Working under consultant supervision, you will contribute to high-quality patient care and medical education within a supportive regional health service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent and general registration with AHPRA.
• RACP Advanced Trainee with written and clinical exam completion.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative endocrinology services in inpatient and outpatient settings under supervision.
• Coordinate endocrinology dynamic testing and investigations with senior staff.
• Attend and contribute to specialist outpatient clinics including Diabetes and General Endocrinology.
• Provide supervision and education to junior doctors and medical students.
