Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across our NSW and QLD portfolios, including Avis, Budget, and Apex brands. Based in Mascot or Brisbane with flexible work-from-home options, you’ll partner with business leaders to hire for operational roles in a fast-paced environment.

You'll leverage an ATS, coordinate interviews, and drive sourcing strategies to meet KPIs while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a recruitment role (in-house or agency)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication with all levels of the business

Responsibilities

• Use ATS to manage candidates and ensure real-time status updates and compliance
• Pre-screen applicants to ensure key requirements are met before interviews
• Coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews with Hiring Managers
• Extend offers, schedule start dates, and follow up as needed
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs
• Advertise requisitions while managing budgets
• Educate line managers on talent acquisition best practices
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Meet recruitment KPIs
