Job summary

GSK's Abbotsford team is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to own an end-to-end portfolio, ensuring critical medicines and vaccines move smoothly from site to customer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The hands-on role requires strong SAP capability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to deliver On Time In Full outcomes and maintain stock visibility while partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or customer service operations.
• Strong SAP capability with high systems aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain for a portfolio (inbound → distribution → customer).
• Act as SME for stakeholder queries and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
• Track shipments, manage stock visibility and support product launches/disruptions.
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver strong customer service and On Time In Full outcomes.
