Job summary

Linkforce Engineering is seeking a Bids and Proposal Administrator to join our Pre-Contracts Team at our CBD Head Office in Perth on a permanent full-time basis. You will work closely with the entire team to deliver high-quality bids.

The role involves coordinating end-to-end proposal plans, managing tender documentation and templates, and ensuring timely, coherent submissions with input from bid managers and technical experts. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight timeframes.
• Experience coordinating tendering activities and proposals.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-submission management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal plans and timelines to meet milestones.
• Support day-to-day tender tasks, including document creation and resource management.
• Coordinate tender deliverables, templates, and key personnel CVs.
• Document management of all tender correspondence and files.
• Draft tenders, create graphics, and finalize formatting.
• Perform pre-bid activities and pre-qualifications/EOIs.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and post-tender communications.
• Collaborate with bid managers and technical experts for coherent bids.
