Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support services to clients with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and skill development.
• Promote community integration and social/recreational participation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualised support plans.
• Encourage independence and support clients to meet personal goals.
• Advocate for rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
