Job summary

LiveBetter Aged Care is seeking Home Care Workers in Mildura, VIC for permanent, part-time and casual roles. You will provide person-centered in-home support, including personal care, meals, transport, and domestic assistance, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

We value compassion, effective communication and teamwork, with training, induction and ongoing development available. A fully licensed driver with First Aid/CPR and NDIS orientation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake personal care services.
• Compassionate and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to work in team environment or independently with some responsibility.
• Flexible in work hours and willing to travel as needed.
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered in-home care, supporting daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Provide transportation to appointments, social events, and shopping.
• Offer welfare checks and meaningful companionship to clients.
• Assist with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
