Ability Options in Sydney's NSW region is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist participants across Quakers Hill and Marayong, including sleepover shifts where required.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to provide personal care and support activities of daily living in a residential setting.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility in communication methods, including active listening.
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites and work varying shifts, including sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with daily living activities and personal care.
• Transport participants to events and appointments.
• Maintain progress notes, charts and reports as required.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver engaging programs and recreational activities.
