Job summary

AnglicareSA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Aged Care team in South Australia. You’ll help older people remain independent at home, with a caseload across TCP, CHSP and Support at Home services.

The role offers weekday hours 8:30am–4:30pm, a flexible permanent arrangement with part-time options, and a geographically zoned caseload to reduce travel. You’ll work with families and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and deliver interventions, with

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
Experience in community aged care or home-based service delivery is desirable.
Interest in contributing to service improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions in home settings.
Support independence and safety for clients across their therapeutic journey.
Collaborate with families, carers, and MDT members to optimize outcomes.
Relevance to equipment, home mods, and strategies to enhance participation.
Contribute to streamlining workflows and electronic records enhancement.
