Love building people up? As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver workshops that boost confidence and capability. Your mission? Help them prepare, believe—and get hired.

This position is a full-time, fixed-term role until October 2030 with the possibility of extension, based in our Aitkenvale office. Working hours are 8:30am-5pm in the office, Monday to Friday.
