Our client is a high-ranking Australian firm who are looking to hire an Employment lawyer to join their dynamic team based in Sydney.

The firm will provide full visa sponsorship, relocation allowance and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role Profile:

You will joining an established employment law practice group with an exceptional reputation in the Australian market. This is a full-service firm with a range of private and public sector organisations, not-for-profits and individuals across a range of sectors.

The Employment Team is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate ideally, with 4-8 years experience. This team service the full spectrum of employment law needs of private sector employers and all three tiers of government. In this role you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of areas including employment, industrial relations and discrimination. The team also works in all of the tribunals and courts.

The role will be diverse and you will advise on a range of employment law matters including:

  • Industrial relations;
  • Employment law disputes;
  • Employment & Consultancy agreements;
  • Compliance;
  • Health & Safety;
  • Redundancies;
  • Dismissals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • You will have circa 4-8 years PQE and a strong background in Employment law.
  • Ideally you will have gained experience working in a leading law firm environment.
  • You will have a passion for Employment law.
