Citation Group's Employment Advisory team in Australia is seeking an Associate-level Employment Lawyer with 3 years PAE to join our award-winning firm. You will provide pragmatic legal advice to prestigious clients and work closely with three Accredited Specialists in Workplace Relations and Industrial Relations.

This role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements, exposure to partners, and a path to advance your career while handling complex matters and contributing to business

Qualifikationen

• 3 years PAE as an employment law practitioner.
• Strong drafting skills and an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing deadlines.

• Admitted to practice in Australia with full working rights.

• Providing pragmatic, technically accurate legal advice to a range of valuable and prestigious clients.
• Advising on and managing matters including restraint of trade, wrongful termination, discrimination, unfair dismissal, general protections and industrial disputes.
• Drafting workplace policies, employment contracts, enterprise agreements and other employment documentation.
• Preparing and amending written advice and correspondence for clients.
• Conducting legal research and supporting partners on complex matters.
• Contributing to business development as your profile and confidence grows.

• 3 years PAE as an employment law practitioner (private practice or in-house considered)
