As a firm prominent in the field of employment law with a diverse range of clients, including larger corporations, small and medium business owners and local government, we have a great opportunity for a technically skilled and commercially astute Lawyer to join our team.

You will participate in the full range of employment law issues including:

• General Protections Applications
• Unfair Dismissal Claims
• Workplace Investigations
• Sexual Harassment and Discriminations matters
• Regulatory and compliance and disciplinary proceedings

About you

You should have at least 2-3 years of successful experience as an Employment Lawyer and the qualities required to succeed including:

Client focus with practical and commercial solutions orientation

Strong relationship skills

Business acumen with an interest and focus on the business of law including drive for financial and non-financial success

Comfortable in both collaborative and autonomous roles

Work closely with business development professionals to assist client's solve business critical issues and develop ongoing strategies

Technical competence across the broader suite of employment law and IR business issues
