Qualifications

• 3–5 years PQE, ideally in private practice with employment and industrial law focus.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow to meet client needs.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and client service orientation.
• Strong knowledge of employment, workplace relations, discrimination and work health and safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Work with Employment Lawyers on a broad range of matters.
• Advise clients in employment and industrial relations issues.
• Support a collaborative team to help organisations thrive in workplace environments.
