As an Employment Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.   • Provide tailored pre-employment guidance and ongoing post-placement support.
  • Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart.

Must-Haves:
  • The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)
  • Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help)
  • Able to complete a criminal history check
  • A driver’s licence and access to your own car
  • Willing to work across other sites within your ESA when needed
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office

Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III Disability Services, or similar, would be considered advantageous, but are not essential.
