Sureway is expanding its team in Cooma and is seeking a part-time Employment Consultant who can listen, resolve issues, and connect job seekers with local opportunities.

No prior employment services experience required; if you have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, call centres, administration or community work, we want to hear from you. You will manage a caseload, build relationships with employers, and help participants achieve meaningful work.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Tech savviness and confident use of computers and online systems.
• Proven problem-solving ability and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail for accurate records.
• Genuine desire to see others succeed.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage; employment services experience is not required.

Right now, we are in the middle of something exciting. Our team is growing, and we have a part‑time Employment Consultant role right here in Cooma. This isn't a role we have had sitting empty, this position is created because we are doing more and we need good people around us to do it well.
