APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Caboolture team to support participants with disability in preparing for, finding, and maintaining sustainable employment within the Workforce Australia Program.

You'll collaborate with local employers and community partners, helping individuals discover their strengths and access meaningful opportunities. This role emphasizes inclusion, resilience, and ongoing development within a supportive team environment.
