Qualifications

• 3-8 years' PAE (post-qualification experience)
• Background in public prosecutions or a government legal role
• Calm, sound judgement and sensitivity for difficult matters
• Employment or workplace safety experience

Responsibilities

• Advising on sensitive staff conduct matters in education settings, including where criminal issues arise
• Collaborating with the employment team on investigations, safety and broader employment matters
• Building strong, trusted relationships with a key client
• Working closely with partners with responsibility from day one
