The Role:Employment Adviser(EA) -As an EA atTURSA, you'll play a vital role in supporting participants on their journey back to work. Some of our participants face vulnerabilities, such as drug and alcohol dependency, unstable housing, and mental health conditions, so your empathetic and solutions focused approach will be crucial.
This role will be based across ourCasino and Kyoglesites and is a permanent full-time position. Though this role is advertised for full-time, if you are the right candidate, we may consider part-time positions.
