A leading human services organization in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Employer Brand Manager to develop and implement employer branding strategies. This role involves creating engaging content and managing recruitment campaigns to attract allied health professionals. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing and excellent communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Engagement on a 12-month contract and having the opportunity to be based across any of our locations in Perth and Melbourne, the Employer Brand Manager will be a key member of the APM Therapy Group’s Engagement and Marketing team.
As an experienced marketing, human resources or talent acquisition professional, you will be a strategic thinker, creative content developer and storyteller who crafts engaging communications to connect with prospective allied health candidates with our organisation’s purpose, culture and client stories.
You are a curious, proactive, creative problem solver, who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You will work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with the team.
