In this role, you will provide accurate and trusted advice and support to managers and staff across a broad range of employee and industrial matters. As a key member of the team, you will apply your knowledge of the employment framework (ACTPS Enterprise Agreements, Public Sector Management Act 1994 and Fair Work Act 2009) and HR policy to deliver high-quality advice, analyse workforce issues, prepare correspondence and reports, and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.

Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position operates under the ACT Government's hybrid working arrangements, providing flexibility to work from home and from an activity-based (ABW) office environment.
